INTENTION: Our intention is to co-create ecstatic dance medicine with you, turn inward and connect with self-care and self-healing, build community, engage in playfullness, and bring more joy, wellness and creativity into all of our lives.
WHAT TO BRING: Water to drink. Something for the altar or "sharing table" if you'd like.
SUGGESTED DONATION: $0-$10. This dance is a gift from us to the community, and donations are also appreciated. GENERAL ECSTATIC DANCE AGREEMENTS: NON-VERBAL DANCE SPACE -- Because conversations can pull us out of our flow, we invite the dance space to be a non-word, no talking zone. Conversations and visiting are welcome outside the dance space.
