Steve Winn, a Dharma practitioner for over 5 decades, completed a 3-year retreat. We will be doing the Medicine Buddha practice he did in his 3-year retreat. It is from the Sky Dharma Mind Treasure and is called A Stream of Lapis Lazuli.
Steve is very connected to this practice, as he is an experienced practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu, an ancient Japanese healing art that involves gentle touch on specific energy points to balance the body's energy flow.
