Namkai Norbu’s Chöd practice has been prophesied to be widely spread in the West. Lopön Robin Gayle, an experienced Chod practitioner, will be leading a practice session of this Chod every other Thursday evening, from 5:30 – 7:00 pm. See below for more detail.

About the event
Chöd is a unique blend of the Tibetan Shamanic traditions and the Buddhist
tradition of compassion and emptiness. This centuries-old practice is sung and is
accompanied by a traditional Chöd drum and bell. Healing comes when fear,
fixation, and self-clinging are cut through.
Experienced Chöd-pas can do the practice with us, and those who don’t know it
but want the healing can come and just experience it.
