Please join me for evenings of moving together. My intention is to hold a communal space, where we can cultivate attentive, non-verbal ways to be present with each other, to deepen our listening and conscious witnessing of one another and the selves. $ donation at the door.

About the event
I start each session by offering somatic exercises in solo, duets, or trios, that help us tune into each other's presence and progress into improvised movement within the agreed structure. Touch is often a part of the exercises, and those uncomfortable with touch are welcome to join the safety of a structured container. Music will be a part of the space, but listening to other sources of movement will be encouraged. There will be time for sharing and reflections.
Dance experience is not necessary. An experience of being human is recommended.
