About the event
Ani will give a brief 5–10-minute teaching at the beginning of each meditation. We then will sit for two 24-minute sessions. A 24-minute session is 1/60th of a 24-hour day and is called a ghatika. It was made popular by the 8th century Indian pandita, Kamalashila.
In between the sessions there will be a 3–5-minute break to stretch.
