Spring Equinox Yoga & Sound Healing

Mats and props will be provided, and you are also welcome and encouraged to bring your own. Being super comfortable is part of the experience so if you have a special pillow or "blanky" please feel free to bring it! Join Freyr Murrish and I for a special class this week as we weave movement and music to create a relaxing, introspective, healing, and rejuvenating journey in celebration of the Spring Equinox. The theme for the class is balancing the dark and light energies within yourself to create fertile ground for new growth , along with planting and cultivating new "seeds" or intentions that will blossom and bear fruit as we move forward into the Spring & Summer Seasons. We'll be practicing Restorative & Hatha Yoga postures along with breathwork, guided meditation, and chanting accompanied by the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, bells, handpans, chimes, rainsticks, and other sacred instruments.  An extended…
