About the event
Yin yoga is a deeply restorative practice that involves holding passive poses for 3-5 minutes to stretch connective tissues like ligaments and fascia while balancing the body’s energy through meridian lines linked to specific organs. Each pose stimulates these meridians, allowing practitioners to process and release emotions associated with the corresponding organs.
Yin yoga encourages the flow of chi to nourish organs and move through stored emotions, fostering physical vitality and emotional liberation.
Jindati has been practicing various styles of Yoga for 20 years. In 2012 she completed a 200 hour yoga Hatha Yoga teachers training with Yoga Vidya in India. After that she studied with many great teachers in the US and Thailand.
Currently she teaches an Ashtanga yoga flow and integrates Yin Yoga positions.
She adjusts the yoga flow to the students present and listens to what they like to focus on.
