About the event
Jindati has been practicing various styles of Yoga for 20 years. In 2012 she completed a 200 hour yoga Hatha Yoga teachers training with Yoga Vidya in India. After that she studied with many great teachers in the US and Thailand.
Currently she teaches an Ashtanga yoga flow and integrates Yin Yoga positions. Are you interested in a style you'd like to try out? Ask Jindati!
