Life is precious, and we all share the experience of loss. Zhitro practice offers a way to honor those who have passed, while bringing peace and healing to ourselves and others.
This simple, brief and accessible practice offers a real way for a practitioner to help the deceased.
Lopön Robin Gayle will offer the lung, practice instructions, and lead the meditation.
There will be an hour break for lunch.
Suggested Dana of $30.
